World book day is a celebration of books and reading. In Scoil Ghobnatan, to celebrate this day, the pupils dress up as a character from their favourite book and receive a world book day token to use at their local book store. Lots of fun activities take place in every classroom, book reviews, book swaps, story time, library visits, making bookmarks and designing comic strips to name a few.
