This week in Scoil Ghobnatan, our theme is self care and mental health. We are having a Mental Health Awareness Day on the 26th February. Work will not be assigned for that day which will give everyone a well deserved break🌈

We would like you to go on a wellness walk, with your family if you can. The focus of the walk is to chat about what you are grateful for. Try to identify during the walk, something you can see, touch, smell, hear and how you feel. If you want to make it even more fun, take a look at the scavenger hunt provided.

Send in a picture to your teacher with a few lines on what you are grateful for. Enjoy and remember ‘There is something good in every day’ πŸ’›
